In English the 'he' who covenanted with many was lost in translation - In the Hebrew Original Translations 'he' is our Messiah who covenants with His Own People at the beginning of the last 7 years-- So it was a misconception in the body of Christ which lead people to believe the Anti-Messiah was making a covenant with many. There is a covenant with Death, but that it different.
