Spiritual Teacher Barbara Clark-Zuber explains Tarot and gives a detailed explanation about the Life of Jesus as it Relates to the Tarot.  Barbara has a deep love for tarot, palmistry, and various spiritual modalities. Barbara discovered tarot cards at the age of 11, which was different from the playing cards her grandmothers used. Initially, her grandmothers were apprehensive about tarot and did not want them in their home due to negative associations. Barbara convinced her grandmother to listen to her by using tarot cards to illustrate stories about Jesus. She explained Jesus' journey through the Tarot, starting with him as the Fool, symbolizing his fearlessness and unencumbered exploration. Jesus evolved into the Magician, connecting with God and offering counsel to others. He embodied both masculine and feminine energy, using intuition and hidden energies to heal and nurture others as the Empress. Jesus became a leader and authority figure as the Emperor, guiding and educating people with the love and wisdom he received from God. He embraced self-development and inner wisdom as the Hierophant, establishing a new religion and spiritual belief system. The Lovers represented Jesus' experiences with relationships, family commitment, and making choices with love and harmony. Jesus demonstrated strength through promoting health, fitness, well-being, and energizing people's lives. He sought wisdom and solitude as the Hermit, listening to God's voice and finding deeper interpretations of life. Jesus understood the Wheel of Fortune, realizing he couldn't control everything but could offer opportunities for growth and change. He valued truth and self-discovery, embracing the path of the Hanged Man and letting go of lies and dishonesty. Jesus viewed his life as a creative sacrifice, seeking control and liberation from frustrations and limitations. Jesus and the Death Card: Jesus was in control and not out of control. He became concise and decisive. True sacrifice led to enlightenment and transformation. The Death card symbolized a positive transition and change. Jesus as Temperance: Jesus learned balance, caution, and moderation. He achieved clarity of thought and lived a balanced life. He symbolized both groundedness and spirituality. Jesus and the Devil: Jesus faced distractions and negative blocks. He overcame self-doubt and recognized there was no true evil. Jesus and the Tower: Jesus experienced disruption and upheaval. He rebuilt and gathered his disciples in a new area. It symbolized rebirth and becoming disaster-proof. Jesus and the Star: Jesus sought direction and hope from the star. Luck and optimism came into his life. Jesus and the Moon: Jesus encountered mysticism and heard from mystics. Magical things occurred amid sadness and illusions. Jesus and the Judgment: Jesus awakened from sadness and embarked on new adventures. He understood personal judgment and achieved peace. Harmony and balance were restored. Reading Tarot Cards: Tarot cards offer insights into people's lives and situations. Each card represents a living and breathing method of counsel. Tarot helps provide clarity and options for decision-making. Handling Challenging Situations: Challenging situations are approached seriously and with care. Different approaches are used based on the individual's needs. Tarot helps open their eyes to new possibilities. Tarot and the Present/Future: Tarot provides insight into the present moment and forecasts the future. The present is often a predictor of the future.
