Sometimes we need physical pain to show up in our bodies to help us see old wornout energy loops that are ready to go!
Even though I know this is part of the “awakening process”. I still ended up sending a whole day in the ER trying to get to the bottom who/what was stabbing me in my side.
We are clearing out old vibrational patterns that can no longer suck energy from us as we ascend.
