From a young age, I\u2019ve always loved to exercise \u2013 whether it was dancing, running, playing tennis or going for a swim. A lot has changed since then, not just my journey of physical health & fitness, but my mindset and opinion about my own body, as well. In today\u2019s episode I share how my mindset has changed over the years. It\u2019s never easy, but my journey was (and still is) necessary for me to discover self-love and be more motivated to reach goals that I set for myself.
