This my forgiveness routine for inner peace, let's forgive together. All you need is a pen and paper, and we will pick one topic or word and forgive it, by writing it down, what ever comes to your mind, then write what we love about it, now throw the paper out, and we will meditate, for the last 5 minutes, forgiving all thoughts, and watching them go.
