I forgive my old beliefs. I'm starting to break down a mountain. Old thoughts that don't serve me anymore. Old beliefs that kept me from trying something new. This is a mountain for me, staying safe. I forgive not leaving my comfort zone. I forgive not trying. I forgive not thinking I was smart enough. I wasn't good enough. I don't have a college degree. I'm basic. I forgive how I used to keep myself safe. I forgive what ours think of me. I'm changing, doors are opening for me. More I let go of old beliefs, the more I can do. You can change too. What are you forgiving? What are you letting go?, Let me know, let's find inner peace together. This is my routine, this is what works for me, for my inner peace, join me, follow me, lets forgive together. All you need is a pen and paper, and 15 - 20 minutes,(hopefully) but you can change my routine to fit your lifestyle, pick one topic or word to forgive, start small, the tv remote etc. write down everything thought about the tv remote or your topic, after a few minutes writing down your forgiveness, write what you love about the topic, then throw it out, and meditate for 5 minutes, forgive all thoughts that come to you when your meditating. now have the greatest day ever, you found inner peace, you don't have to fight your thoughts anymore, just forgive them, you might have to do this 8 times a day and for months, but after you will have moved a mountain, you can do anything, proud of YOU!!!!! love and peace. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/forgiver-nation/message
