I forgive my cell phone by Forgiver Nation podcast

Today I am forgiving my cell phone, what do you want to forgive?, Start with one small thing. This is my forgiveness routine, what works for me, you can change it in anyway to fit your lifestyle. All you need is a pen and paper, write down at the top of the paper what you want to forgive, then write down whatever comes to your mind, after a few minutes of writing we go over what we wrote down. Then we write what we love about the topic, (cell phone etc.) Then look at the paper and throw it out, now we meditate for 5 minutes forgiving all thoughts, not fighting them, forgiving them and watching them go, welcome to INNER PEACE.
