Finally, I explain why you're putting yourself in danger by avoiding conflict and what steps you can take to eliminate the fear of confrontation completely.

The conflict I'm talking about here isn't expressing simple disagreements or unpopular opinions here. I'm talking about how to resolve conflict that's associated with your anger, impatience, bitterness, or resentment towards the other person.
