As of March, 2022, 18 states and the District of Columbia have legalized marijuana, adding it to alcohol and nicotine as a third drug legal for adults. Is it time for a reckoning on the “War on Drugs” in America? What about what happens to those incarcerated Americans after we’ve changed the laws?
