On Mothers Day 1997, 35-year-old SSGT Kevin Spann was murdered in Augusta, Georgia, planned by his wife Gina Spann, and perpetrated with the aid of teen boys Larry Kelly, Matt Piazzi, Gerry Horne and Chris Bargeron.
