Dan Beaulieu is a member of 7 Figure Multifamily and he just closed his FIRST multifamily property deal.

Dan was a ship captain spending months at sea traveling all around the world. 

He left that life in 2016 to pursue real estate investing full time. 

He started flipping houses by learning everything he could on Youtube and doing all of the work himself. 

Then he started keeping some as rentals. 

In 2017, he took on a side hustle as a loan consultant for a hard money lender which helped him grow and expand his network in Tennessee. 

Now his portfolio consists of 11 single-family houses, 4 duplexes, and his recently acquired multifamily property - an 8 unit apartment building in Chattanooga. 

Dan resides in the beautiful Burlington, VT with his wife and chocolate lab puppy, and loves all things outdoors.
