Darren Sager: Our First Mentor

Darren Sager is a Lifeline, a Mentor and a Friend. There are many investors that have relied on his expertise, professionalism and VALUE. He taught us about the importance of RELATIONSHIPS and VALUE ADD. We are grateful to have him on today. Darren is an investor and full time Real Estate agent with Keller Williams Realty in Manhattan and Summit, NJ who works primarily with investors. Darren has been a landlord since 1998 and has restored several residences. His personal primary focus is to find value proposition properties under utilized and in need of repair and maximize their potential by adding features and functionality to maximize their rental value. He has helped many find great opportunities for both flipping a home as well as income production. His career started off in Deloitte\'s Real Estate practice group in NYC were he worked on several high profile projects including sales of properties in lower Times Square in addition to his consulting work for one of NYC\'s largest landlords Vornado Realty Trust.
