Gino Barbaro and Jake Stenziano bought their first multifamily property back in February of 2013 and amassed a multifamily portfolio of 850 units in only 5 years. Gino teamed up with Jake to create Jake & Gino, a real estate educational company that offers coaching and training in real estate investing. He is the best selling author of \\u201cWheelbarrow Profits\\u201d. He hosts a top 10 real estate podcast on iTunes called "Wheelbarrow Profits" Gino is a graduate of IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and is a Certified Professional Coach. He is also the author of the best-selling cookbook "Family Food and the Friars". Gino is originally from New York but recently relocated to St. Augustine, Florida with his beautiful wife Julia and their six children Gabriella, Michael, Sofia, Veronica, Cecilia and Laura. My daughter was at my live event and she wanted to raise her hand to ask, "Well, Dad, what do you do?" And basically I talk to people all day. I help people. ON PARTNERSHIP Gino: I am very fortunate because I would not be here right now if I didn\'t have partners. My partnership with Jake, my partnership with my other real estate partner, the ability to grow our education platform and bring on team members... I would not be anywhere near that. So I think people have to understand, In order to build a viable business, especially in Real Estate, its all about your NETWORK and its all about real getting help from others. Because you can\'t do it by yourself... ONE OF THE GREAT THINGS... Gino: I work with who I want to work with, WHEN I want to work with, WHY I want to work with, What I want to work with.

WHY DID YOU WRITE "WHEELBARROW PROFITS" Jake and I had just bought our third deal and we had a little over 200 units and we just said to ourselves, "How do we do this?" And we had seen a theme recurring in all of our deals. And, it\'s funny, once you do something once, you feel a little incompetent. After the second time you still feel a little clumsy. But by the third time it\'s sort of like, "Yeah, I can do this!" And by our third deal I said to Jake, "Ok... Lets just write everything down.See how it works and see if we can create a framework for ourselves."
