b'Norby Walters was a very successful promoter of musical talent in Hollywood and eventually in the sports world. The problem was, he used an ethically grey area to recruit his talent, enticing them to break rules that could ruin their careers to commit to him. Not only that, if they tried to back out, he involved members of the mob to keep them put.
