Lauren shares about her experience in healing with Orthorexia and is now opening up about her recovery process in hopes that she can make others feel less alone in the darkness of disordered eating. She wants to bring awareness and light to this very common mental illness and wants to empower and inspire individuals struggling to see while it may not be easy, there is so much hope. She talks candidly about how she began her excessive exercise routine and how her body let her know she needed to slow down. We talked about her transition from personal training to becoming a yoga teacher and we also talked about how she weaves in so much softness and love into her yoga teaching.
