In Season 2, Marilyn and Michael walk you through a process of taking care of yourself from the inside out. Everything is energy! Including you.  We are going to work our way through our bodies energy centers, using our Chakras as our guides.  Starting with our Root Chakra and working our way up through our Crown Chakra. 

Each energy center of our bodies holds different emotions and feelings that may be blocked.  Our Intention is to help our listeners discover and release anything that may no longer be serving them. Once all of our chakras are clear and free to function as they were intended, everything becomes free and light.  You become more magnetic!
