Fulfill these promises and you are laying down the foundations for self confidence. When you do what you say you are going to do – your confidence begins to burn brighter. When you trust yourself, you honour your word, you are able to stand strong within your own certainty – you are undoubtedly going to start feeling pride in yourself as your self confidence grows. 

It is when we don’t follow through on the promises we make to ourselves we generate self doubt, disappointment, and we allow ourselves to repeat the negative thought patterns that hold us back from exploring our potential.
