Line after line, sentence after sentence seem so powerful for helping us all in this time of great upheaval! Lisa also shares her ideas for handling and processing emotions so that they can be recognized instead of remaining hidden within the body.

How to Process Emotions~
1. Notice- pay attention to your emotions.
2. Name it- state what you feel. "I am sad." "I feel lonely."
3. Feel it- stay with the feeling even if its hard and notice what it feels like in your body
4. Relax into it- take a few deep breaths and notice id the feeling changes or shifts
