Heidi loves her worms and could spend hours with them. Heidi's worms live in her laundry room in double aerated Sterlite bins. They are part of a type of compost called Vermicompost which is a fancy word for worm composting helping restore nutrients back to our soil.

In this episode, I talk with Heidi about the importance of worms and how they effect our soil as well as how to start your own Vermicompost bin.

I also talk with Mr. Will Allen CEO of Growing Power home of the largest urban farm in the world. Will Allen has been named top 100 most influential people in the world in Time Magazine. He is on the progressive forefront of teaching people all over the world the importance of worms and how properly using them restores health to the soil.
