I met Manfred Ritchard in New York in November 1986 because my friend Eliane who later became his wife wanted to meet up with me even though Manfred had other plans. The next time I met him at the helicopter pad in the Grand Canyon while our clients were flying over the gorge and he gave me hundreds of useful tips how to earn more money during my roundtrips in the West. We have known each other for many years and have lots in common; we both worked as tour guides for Kuoni, the largest Swiss tour operator.

Today, Manfred Ritchard is a very successful trainer, motivational speaker, and lecturer. He is well known in the Swiss travel industry and has been supporting many well established companies in introducing innovative sales concepts. He
