Doug is Global Goodwill Ambassador for Dublin, Ireland which was awarded for his inspirational work giving back to the community where he did talks and mindset training and then gave all the money to charity.

At the time when we recorded this interview, Doug was nominated for the “Global man of the year award” with Global Woman’s Magazine over the last year for doing thousands of hours of Mental Wellness work for free to help people during the pandemic. In the meantime he has won the award.

He also runs a radio show called Inspirational People, Inspirational Stories on 103.2 Dublin City FM which again he does to give back to the community. He has had a super mix of NY Times bestsellers, heroes, sports stars and up and coming authors giving them a platform to promote their services and tell their story. The show goes out to over 2 million people every week.

Doug has just finished writing a book to help and inspire people to better lives which is due to be published with an American publisher and has testimonies from 3 NY Times bestsellers, a film star, a Guinness book of records holder and a multimillionaire TV Celebrity businessman.

Previously Doug spent 21 years in the investment world as an Investment head for some of the largest fund managers in the world. He was recognised in the national press for growing an Asset Management business from $50m pa sales to $1.75Bn pa sales in 6 years.

Since then stress and health issues led to a near death experience and then him changing his career into becoming a master teacher healer, a coach, business consultant and international speaker, having spoken on some of the largest stages in the world.

He has coached and consulted with Hollywood stars, NY Times bestsellers, large corporations like Dell, Facebook, Salesforce, Bank of Ireland, Oeey Asset Management, Davy, Ocuco, and many more.

He also played hockey at national league top division level in the U.K. and Belgium captaining and coaching international level players
