Significant Insignificance
In 1995 Marsha Ottey was getting ready to pack up and go off to college, though she was sad to be leaving her younger sister Tamara Ottey behind. The two were close and shared many of the same characteristics. It was one afternoon when their mother returned home from work that her worst nightmare would become her reality. However she was determined to put the pieces together and get the justice she so desperately deserved.
