Protein is an essential macronutrient meaning, the body requires a minimum amount of protein each day. In this episode you'll learn why protein is so important especially if your goal is weight loss and also how protein can affect blood sugars.

NOTE: There are many resources online to find information on how much protein your body needs individually but as a general rule of thumb protein is usually set between 0.8-1.2 g/lb for fat loss.
