The 4 Pillars of Fitness

In this episode I talk about the four components of fitness which all work together to create a person with a well balanced fitness level. These four components go hand-in-hand, so they all rely on each other. A good way to see it is like these four components acts as legs on a table, if you remove one the table will fall. Specifically the four components are: 
-Knowledge 
-Training 
-Diet 
-Rehabilitation (Recovery)
