In this episode I explain my opinion on calisthenics, particularly in regards to building muscle/strength. Calisthenics are great because they involve people getting fit and bettering themselves so I'm all for it. I also understand, and could have identified further in the podcast that calisthenics are amazing for muscular stability. This podcast episode mostly consists of my comparing calisthenics with what I'm familiar with, this being bodybuilding/powerlifting (and some bodyweight exercises). Tune in to hear what I think!
