The Mist - This Is Why You Should Never Go Outside

On the podcast this time, Steven and Sean are trying to deal with an \\xfcber-religious, murderous, deluded nut bag of a person. Also there are giant monsters in a choking mist threatening to eat us all. It\\u2019s the Frank Darabont film from 2007, The Mist.

We\\u2019re having a difficult time trying to figure out who is the worst monster in this film. Is it the literal otherworldly insect demon creatures who came through on the titular mist, or is it that damn Mrs. Carmody?

Mull it over for a little while. I feel confident that you\\u2019re going to have just as hard of a time figuring it out.

Honestly, at some points, I\\u2019d rather just be torn apart by the alien monsters. At least they\\u2019re just acting like the creatures driven by hunger and instinct that they are. Carmody\\u2026 Well, she should know better.

The moral of this story: If you see a vast, invasive mist headed your way, you\\u2019d probably end up doing best to stay out of your local supermarket. You never know how Lord of the Flies it\\u2019s going to get in there. Or at least make sure you have enough bullets.
