On the podcast this time, Steven and Sean have two all expenses paid tickets to the center of the freaking Earth. We watched the 2003 film from Jon Ariel, The Core.

Sure, science has given us many things: amazing medical advancements, technological marvels that feel like magic, and a sparkling sense of wonder in many people.

Do you know what science has never given us? A way to tunnel down into the core of the planet we live on and nuke the hell out of it until the damn thing starts spinning again, thus averting certain apocalyptic doom.

Where were there, science? Taking a day off and lying around on the couch all day? Being a lazy sack of garbage and not realizing your full potential?

The Core has given us all a wonderful gift. After watching this movie, you\\u2019ll be able to imagine things that, apparently, just aren\\u2019t viable endeavors. The current score is: You - 1, Science - 0.
