On the podcast this time, Steven and Sean are falling in love with our respective Hollywood crushes, and somehow it\u2019s actually working out. We\u2019re talking about the Roger Michell film from 1999, Notting Hill.

If you had told me that I could have met a charming and beautiful actress just by working in a bookstore, I would have tried a lot harder to get a job at Borders all those years ago.
But no, old me had to be obsessed with just hanging out in their coffee shop and browsing through nonsense all day. Had I been better prepared, I wouldn\u2019t have missed such a guaranteed opportunity so hard.
It makes one wonder where I would be today had I thought different. I\u2019d definitely be out of a job because R.I.P. Borders. On the other hand, would I ever have to worry about work again if my partner was one of the biggest stars in the world?

Hindsight is always 20\u201320. I think the moral of this story is that we should all be open to new opportunities. If something seems ridiculous or far-fetched at the time, remind yourself not to write it off. You never know when you could fall in love with your own Anna Scott.
