9 Ways to Stay On Target With Your Weight-Loss Goals in the Evening

Evening Binging – Why We Struggle with Our Goals in the Evenings When We Have Rock-Solid Control During the Day?

This week we will offer 9 possible actions to take to stay on target with your weight-loss goals in the evening and to thwart your brain and body’s attempt to drive you to eat when you aren’t even hungry.

Unfortunately (I hate that word), there is no single, simple solution. Fortunately (now that’s better), there are solutions. What do I do to keep from “messing up” in the evenings? We have to keep this in mind: what works for you, for me, for your friend “killing it” in ketogenic or powering Paleo prodigiously (bonus points for big word), may not work for you. But there is hope in taking examples from other people. Folks are like automobiles; we all have similar (and sometimes interchangeable parts and pieces). We tend to “function” all the same way. So, with that being said, let’s look at some reasons why we completely fall apart after we get home in the evenings and often just before bedtime.
