On a cool January night in Sacramento, California, a monster was roaming the streets. The monster in question is Richard Chase, a paranoid schizophrenic who has been institutionalized for most of his life.

Believing that his blood was going to turn to powder and that his brain was rearranging itself, Chase was anything but stable. In his delusion, Chase believed there was a certain sign that the universe left him to help guide him to his next victims\\u2026
