In this week\\u2019s part 1 episode of \\u201cWhat is Picky Eating,\\u201d we explore the multiple complex layers of developing a trusting feeding relationship in our children and between parents and children. We define what the difference is between \\u201cpicky eating\\u201d vs average \\u201cchildhood preferences\\u201d and how parents can realistically navigate these feeding challenges while still modeling intuitive eating and practicing the Ellyn Satter Institute model of Division of Responsibility.
