Elisa\\u2019s sister Ruby wanted to clarify a few things, and address a couple of points. It\\u2019s very important to her and her family that we have the most complete and accurate details about Elisa\\u2019s case out there for the public.

When she vanished, 13 year old Elisa was described at being Hispanic, 5\'0, 120 pounds with Black hair and Brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light blue Mickey Mouse t-shirt, dark blue culotte shorts and sneakers.
