Minuteman Report: NGB Receives Award for State Partnership Program

b'The National Guard uses the State Partnership Program as a tool to allow units to interact with both active and reserve forces of foreign countries. The program supports Military-to-Military contacts and its activities are aimed at building relationships and promoting defense and security-related cooperation. The Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies recognized the National Guard for its State Partnership Program accomplishments in the Western Hemisphere at an awards banquet. Gen.
