Today's episode with Brian MacKenzie of Power Speed Endurance / XPTlife.com / CrossFit Endurance fame, is one of my favourites yet.
What I loved about this, is I had a list of questions organised, but Brian is such an interesting bloke to speak to, that the list almost went out of the window.
I love the way he talks about "feeling" your way through recovery and training in general.
