What an awesome guest I have on today...JR is a longtime friend and one of the most dedicated and loyal people to the game of hockey.

\\n

To have the drive and passion to do what he does you have to be a constant student while you educate. JR certainly brings that to the table. Listen as he shares his progression from player, to player coach, to coach and now coach and GM.

\\n

He currently leads the charge with the OHL\'s Mississauga Steelheads and credits his success to the supporting cast he has around him and how he uses them to make himself better every day. The culture he has created will be sure to breed many many more future NHL stars who will not only be great hockey players but also great people. JR has also had experience as the skating coach for the LA Kings in the NHL and was able to be apart of their success as they won 2 Stanley Cups.

JR enjoyed much success as a player from his junior days at Henry Carr through his college days as a leader at the University of New Hampshire through to his various championships over in Europe.
