MAPS METHOD #6 - Planning: Foundational Action Plans

The purpose of this episode is to encourage you to turn your good intentions into action. Don’t just think about how nice it would be to protect your brain and optimize your mind – do something to make it happen!

 We assume that you are motivated to protect your brain and optimize your mind. What will it take to start making your brain healthier? What will it take to really start cultivating happiness and fulfillment? What has to happen? What has to take place?  

What has to happen first? When are you going to take that first step?  

We suggest two basic approaches to designing your brain health action plans. You can craft them yourself, or you can start out by implementing a set of “foundational action plans” that we recommend for everyone. 

In the MINDRAMP Playbook and in our brain health coaching sessions, we list five foundational action plans for each of the eight CogWheels of Brain Health. In this episode we review some of the foundational action plans and encourage you to pick one and start working on it.
