How can you optimize your chances of living long and living well? By 1) protecting and strengthening your brain; and, 2) by mindfully managing the workings of your mind.

In this introductory episode, we introduce you to two new words that play a big role in the MINDRAMP Method for promoting healthy brains and creative minds.

The first word we invented is 'Qualongevity." It merges two important concepts: 1) the effort to increase longevity and, 2) the desire to maintain or elevate our quality-of-life across that expanded longevity. Through these podcasts, you will learn how to use the MINDRAMP Method to put together your own brain health plan.

When you put your plan into action, we say you are "Mindramping," ramping up your power to prevent or slow the aging process and ramping up the creativity and flexibility of your mind.
