EP 008: Unconscious Biases - What Are They and How do They Affect Me or Others

Our brains work very hard everyday to process all the information and stimuli we are exposted too.  For that reason, it takes shortcuts throughout the day to make sure of things are safe.  It filters background information, personal experiences, societal stereotypes and cultural context.  

For that reason, we all have unconscious biases that help us deal with the 'here and now'.  But not all of those biases are healthy.
