This episode was inspired by questions I received on Instagram! We always want to know how long it’s going to take to start feeling better. Unfortunately, we live in an instant gratification society so it’s difficult for us to stay after it when we aren’t seeing results immediately.

But with your hormones things take time. It’s different for every person. It depends how long your imbalances have been unaddressed & if you’re actually addressing your root cause.
