MORE INFO ON ASHLEY KITCHENS & HOW YOU CAN CONNECT.

Ashley grew up on an Angus cattle farm in small-town Indiana. As you might guess, meat and dairy were a big part of her daily life. Unfortunately, so were GI issues like chronic constipation. For years, she was told to manage her issues with medication instead of considering the food she was putting into her body. It wasn’t until she became a dietitian and starting doing personalized research to dive deep into her eating habits that she noticed a significant change. For her, this meant transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle and she hasn't looked back since. Now, she helps clients all around the world do the same. The best way to connect with Ashley is on Instagram @plantcenterednutrition or through her website plantcenterednutrition.us
