Brooke is a fellow nutrition nerd just like myself & she has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. She has helped heal her own gut & thyroid conditions with lifestyle changes & nutrition. Now after becoming a Mom, the whole pregnancy & postpartum recovery, she realized how disconnected we are in supporting women’s health, hormones, fitness goals & understanding our own bodies.
