[BONUS] TIPS to STAY ON TRACK over the WEEKEND!

When you’re making a LIFESTYLE change the weekend can be OVERWHELMING because you’re out of your ROUTINE/it’s not as STRUCTURED! This can lead to GUILT or the mentality of “ALL OR NOTHING”.

Sticking to certain principles over the weekend will help MAINTAIN your HEALTH & HORMONAL BALANCE while also ALLEVIATING the GUILT we feel when we let everything go.

Here are some tips we dive into!

1. Stick to your MORNING ROUTINE

- a full glass of room temp water

- warm lemon water

- high protein breakfast

2. Drink HALF your body weight in OUNCES of water

3. Move your body in SOME CAPACITY.

4. Aim to still get to sleep by 11pm
