Today we are getting sassy and chatting about how to deal with other people\\u2019s reactions/opinions to your lifestyle change (or really to anything in life). I hope this episode empowers you to stand in your confidence and do what's best for YOU!

I cannot wait to hear what you think about today\\u2019s episode! It\\u2019s a sassy one for sure but one that was on my heart. I get asked about this a lot from my clients so I figured you might be experiencing some of the same feelings.

So\\u2026how can you handle peoples reactions/thoughts when making a lifestyle change?!

When you care more about what you\\u2019re doing than you care about what they think then it doesn\\u2019t matter.

When your why is deeper that\\u2019s all that matters.

Why do other people care what I am or am not putting in my body? They\\u2019re not the ones that have to wake up in my body tomorrow. I do. And I know what feels good and what doesn\\u2019t.

I\\u2019m not going to eat something that makes me feel like shit just because someone else has a problem with it.

You eating or not eating, drinking or not drinking, doing or not doing something has absolutely 0 affect on anybody else. Other than it bringing up an insecurity that they might have.

Most of the time when people are judging you, or making fun of you, it\\u2019s because it\\u2019s triggering something in them.

That\\u2019s not your issue to overcome. That\\u2019s theres.

It has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them.

If you want to change your lifestyle but you\\u2019re holding back or are nervous because you\\u2019re afraid of what someone else is going to think about it, you\\u2019re literally not improving your life because it\\u2019s going to make someone else uncomfortable.

If you do that you\\u2019re never going to be fulfilled in life. You\\u2019re letting someone else run your life.

Because how you do one thing is how you do everything.

Because of how much I felt better and how much I was learning about it, I couldn't care less about what anyone else thought about it. I literally blocked it out and just focussed on what I was doing and why I was doing it.

And if anyone made a comment I would just laugh it off with them and move on. It\\u2019s not always worth it to defend yourself because they might not be open to that conversation and you have nothing to prove.

The message I want to give to you today is that if you are interested in making a lifestyle change, obvi you are if you\\u2019re listening to this, but you\\u2019re hesitating or feeling uncomfortable when you go out to eat or go places because other people might feel uncomfortable, please don\\u2019t let that stop you.

If I let the opinions of other people stop me I wouldn't be where I am today.
