I'm so excited for you to hear this conversation that I had with Megan Luke (who works for 4th Trimester Fitness\\xae Method) all about pelvic floor & core health!

Here's a little bit about Megan:

Megan Luke is a Navy wife to her helicopter flying husband and mother of 3 sweet little ones. She is graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She spent 5 years as a RN in the Labor and Delivery and Mother/Baby Unit before leaving the hospital after having her second baby in January 2018. During that time she discovered a passion for fitness through running accountability groups with other moms, BUT she missed working with the prenatal and postpartum population. In February 2020, she combined both passions and became a certified instructor with 4th Trimester Fitness\\xae Method. Today, she continues to serve the prenatal and postpartum populations by teaching Birth Ball Basics\\u2122\\ufe0f, Postpartum Recovery\\xae Fitness and Pelvic Floor, Core & More\\u2122.
