In this episode, Mike discusses the importance and practical application of a reverse diet. For clarification, when Mike talks about increasing percentages, he's referring to percentage of total calories. So a 2-5% increase means increasing total calories by 2-5% and doing so in the form of carbs and/or fats (as an example).
