Where do these patterns come from?  That’s what we’re talking about today, specifically Attachment Theory. Attachment theory describes how our early relationship with a parent or primary caregiver, creates our expectation for how love should be.  Our guest is Thais Gibson. She is an author, speaker and co-creator of the Personal Development School. She has a MA and over 13 different certifications ranging  from CBT to hypnosis. And she’s best known for her work and research on Attachment Theory and how trauma impacts our adult romantic relationships.  And she’s also the author of The Attachment Theory Guide.
