4. Regina Lustre: Dancer Athlete Mindset

Published: March 19, 2021, 2 p.m.

Today, I have a conversation with Regina Lustre, someone that has been challenging me by helping me break through my physical limitations with my body. We talk about why physical fitness is important, how our bodies are our tools, and her personal story with her fitness, dance, and directorship journey. Regina Lustre is the Artistic Director of Project D, a dance company in New Jersey. She is also a personal trainer as she hosts sessions in person and over Zoom.
