Published: Feb. 26, 2021, 4 p.m.

Today, I have a conversation with Danyel Moulton, someone that I really look up to and empowers so many others by being her most authentic and vulnerable self. We talk about what being authentic means, how to not seek validation, the creative process, and improving the dance community. Danyel Moulton is a dancer, choreographer, teacher in the SoCal community. She founded VMO and LFG as well as DCON4, an online dance program crafted to help dancers cultivate a safer & stronger dance community.
