It’s Oscar Trailers 5!!! We had some major contenders debut first looks since our last Oscar Trailers round-up including that banger of a Vice preview featuring Christian Bale as Dick Cheney. Then Also Mike felt feelings from his childhood with the moments of Stan & Ollie and Mary Poppins Returns. While Mike 1 suppresses all his emotions with a razor sharp analytical fury as he breaks down Ben Is Back and Beautiful Boy in order to stem the tide of the likely award winning tsunamis that are , A Star Is Born and Free Solo. As for the possible nominees, we discuss a whole new batch potential bracket busters from the Swedish foreign film romantic fairy tale thriller that might be Border to the ultimate ratings boost that would be The Mule to another slate of intriguing outsider candidates for Best Documentary like Hal, Filmworker, or The Price of Everything.
