Where To Find Us/LEAVE US A 5* REVIEW! - 47:14 Words of Wisdom/What’s Coming Next - 48:07 Now we’re really proud of our last episode. It was our annual Golden Globes Gambling Predictions Preview Special, and we blew it out with a massive hour and 45 minute episode on ALL the categories, film & television, at this year’s 2021 Globes. Plus, you can also go back and hear our passionate takes on these nominations in our SAG & Globe Nominations Reaction show. But the Hollywood world keeps turning, and those casinos and bookies the world over keep taking bets. So some gambling lines have moved, and they’ve moved for some of the bigger categories. That means, we needed a late week final Globes preview for us to reassess, analyze, and yes, change a pick or two. After we enjoy one final Globes preview for the first 20 minutes, we take the next 20 to discuss what the LA Times wrote about the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. How did the HFPA cross lines? Who else should be held accountable? And how the hell can we do so? It’s a bit of a quagmire, and however things land, it was not a good look for anyone involved. Then we finish with our analysis of the Art Directors Guild nominations and discuss how these eventual winners crossover to the wins in the Production Design category at the Academy Awards. So if you wanna keep up with all of the Guild noms and wins, do go back to our episode last week on the two screenplay categories after our deep dive on the WGA Award noms, and stay tuned after our Globes Reaction show earlier next week to another episode of Oscar Race Checkpoint that’ll cover more noms concerning the Costume, Animated, and Sound categories.
